Flensted Mobiles

If you’re already at home and you want to go mobile, you’ve come to the right place, even if you’re not a hippie gypsy. Our mobiles keep moving and grooving and grooving. We think The Who might be impressed.

According to a Wikipedia entry, “A mobile is a type of kinetic sculpture constructed to take advantage of the principle of equilibrium.” Sugar & Spice Décor is not entirely sure what that means. We do like the way our mobiles are balanced, though. We know you will too. Sometimes visual stimulation requires a third dimension. Beep, beep.

Flensted mobiles is one of the original mobile designers, contributing plenty to this home accessory now commonly found in baby nurseries. Located in Denmark, Christian Flensted and his wife Grethe started to design and build innovative mobiles that are still cherished by families all over the world
